For these Terms and conditions, along with any amendments to the same, and wherever the context
so requires “You", "your” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a User
of the Application. The term “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Pravasy”, shall mean the Pravasy Survives (which
includes successors, representative-in-interest, and permitted assigns). “Third Party” shall mean and refer
to any individual(s), company, or entity apart from the User and Privacy.
These Terms and conditions, Privacy policy, together with any specific terms of the services offered
(“Pravasy Subscriptions”), and consents/disclaimers which may be available on our mobile application
(collectively referred to as the “Application”) are jointly referred to as “Terms and Conditions” and
constitute the terms of your access and use of the application and Pravasy’s services. Where any part of the
Terms and Conditions are amended, the Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable in its amended form. Please
be sure to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current amended
version. If at any time the Terms and Conditions are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately
cease all use of the Services.
By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and
Conditions and consent to our usage of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your use of our
Services is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to
all visits to our application and all uses of our Services. By accessing and using our Services, you hereby
agree to these Terms and Conditions, in their entirety. You may not use our Services (or any part thereof)
if you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you continue to browse and use this
Application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you
disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our application.
In case of non-compliance with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or the Terms and
conditions by a User, Pravasy has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the User
to the Services and to remove non-compliant information.
Pravasy may disclose or transfer sensitive personal data/information to the extent it is necessary to
provide the Services, to a Third Party by the Privacy Policy.
Pravasy retains the right at any time to deny or suspend access to any or all sections of Services
provided through the Application to any User, who we believe, has violated any of the provisions of these
Terms and Conditions.
While some of the content and pages of the Application are free to view, to gain access to a large portion of the contents or Services provided by the Application, you will need to create an account on the Application. To create an account on the Application, you will be asked to complete the registration form and fill in certain details such as name, age, gender, address, mobile number, e-mail ID, medical practice status, Geolocation, Proof of Identity any ID provided by the govt. of India (if expressly required to avail of the “Pravasy Darshan” Service) etc. You expressly acknowledge that Pravasy will rely on the information as would be provided by you and thus you must warrant that any information provided by you in the course of creating the account is true and accurate. The User can’t access the Services for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Our Application and use the Services solely for the User's personal non-commercial use and by the permitted Terms and conditions mentioned. Without limitation to the foregoing, in the event the User is barred from undertaking any legally binding obligations under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or is for any reason, unable to provide ‘Consent’ as per the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, the User is not eligible to register for, use or avail the Services available on the Application. Pravasy will provide to the User basic support for the Services at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support, if purchased separately, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available, except for (i) planned downtime or (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Pravasy’s reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, or internet service provider failures or delays. Privacy will provide the Services only by applicable laws and government regulations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this document, the User alone shall be liable for the User’s dealings and interaction with physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers contacted or managed through the Application and Pravasy shall have no liability or responsibility in this regard. Pravasy doesn’t guarantee or make any representation concerning the correctness, completeness, or accuracy of the information or details provided by such physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, any other healthcare providers, or any Third Party through the Application. Pravasy may, at its sole discretion, suspend the User’s ability to use or access the Application at any time while Pravasy investigates complaints or alleged violations of these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason. Pravasy has the right to edit profiles of physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers to make them more suitable for any Pravasy Plans available on the Application. If Users find any wrong information on the Application about such User, they can correct it themselves or contact Pravasy at Pravasy.in immediately for such corrections. Pravasy shall have no liability or responsibility in this regard. The User shall be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of the same gives the right to Pravasy to take appropriate action against the User. Pravasy reserves the right to activate or deactivate any offers and promotions on the service provided at any time. You agree that we may send You text notifications and marketing offers.
Pravasy provides services through the application to facilitate Users to ensure access to health
care services under the Pravasy Plans, on behalf of Pravasy’s partner hospitals or individual medical
practitioners and other medical personnel in India. However, Pravasy shall not be liable and does not
validate, endorse, or approve any information or content posted on its Application. Furthermore, while
availing the Services, the Users understand and accept that:
Pravasy does not recommend or endorse any physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other
healthcare providers mentioned in the Application;
Pravasy does not make any representations and warranties concerning the physicians, hospitals,
diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers or the quality of the services that are provided by such
physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers;
Users will be solely responsible for choosing the Services listed on the Application.
Pravasy is not and shall not be responsible for any treatment provided, sample collected, tests
conducted, and reports generated by the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare
providers. Pravasy only provides Services to the User through the Application. The User agrees to use the
Application and the materials provided only for purposes that are permitted by: (a) the Terms and
conditions; and (b) any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the
relevant jurisdictions.
We do not provide any medical advice or treatments: The information that you obtain or receive
from Pravasy, and its employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, licensors, or otherwise on
the Application is for informational and scheduling purposes only.
The information provided on the Application is not intended as a substitute for, nor does it replace
professional medical advice or care, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining
medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional because of something you may have read on the
Application. Do not use the Application for emergency medical needs. Your use of information provided on the
Application is solely at your own risk. Nothing stated or posted on the Application or available through any
Services is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medicine or the provision of
medical care.
We do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, procedures, opinions, or other information that may
appear on the Application. If you rely on any of the information provided by the Application, you do so
solely at your own risk.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: No licensed medical professional/patient relationship is created
by using the information provided by or through the use of the Application including, but not limited to,
links to other sites or any assistance we may provide to help you find appropriate physicians, hospitals,
diagnostic labs or any other healthcare providers or specialist in any field conducting test. We make no
guarantees, representations, or warranties, whether expressed or implied, concerning professional
qualifications, expertise, quality of work, or other information. Further, we do not in any way endorse any
individual described. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action
taken by you in reliance on such information.
We have no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of any physicians, hospitals, diagnostic
labs, or any other healthcare providers at any particular time. We will not be liable for canceled or
otherwise unfulfilled appointments or any injury resulting therefrom, or for any other injury resulting from
the use of the Application or Services whatsoever. Any kind of engagement with the Third Parties including
with the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers would be on a
principal-to-principal basis in the best judgment of you.
Pravasy provides maintenance/inspection services as part of their services. The services include
the provision of a platform that enables you to arrange and schedule different home-based services with
independent third-party service providers of those services. Pravasy and its affiliates do not employ
professionals, nor are service professionals’ agents, contractors, or partners of Pravasy or its affiliates.
Service professionals cannot therefore bind or represent Pravasy.
The application is solely for personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed upon by the
terms of a separate agreement.
As part of the provisions of services and quality control purposes, we may request reviews from you
about service providers and you agree and acknowledge that the service providers may provide reviews about
you to us. You must not knowingly provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in the reviews.
Reviews are used by us for quality control purposes and to determine whether customers and service providers
are appropriate users of the application.
The application permits you to request various services at the time of your choosing based on the availability of slots. Instructions given on the platform are to be followed to make a booking of your choosing and provide pertinent information. We use reasonable efforts to enable you to find a service provider who can provide the services at the requested time. Failing to do so, we will contact you to set an alternate time. Once you have placed a request, we will confirm the booking Via SMS. Upon confirmation of the booking, you will be required to make payments by these terms or as indicated on the application. In case of unavailability or cancellation before confirmation on the platform will not be charged. In case of unavailability or cancellation by a selected service provider, we will offer you a substitute for the service provider from among our registered service providers. You may elect to cancel your request for services from a service provider any time before the service provider’s arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee by our cancellation policy. Pravasy reserves the right to charge you, or otherwise deduct applicable taxes in respect of such cancellation fee, if applicable as per the cancellation policy. Pravasy does not designate any portion of your payment as a tip or gratuity to the service providers. Any representation by Pravasy to the effect that tipping is voluntary and not required and or included in the payments to service providers. You understand and agree that while you are free to provide additional payment as a gratuity to the service providers, you are under no obligation to do so. Gratuities are voluntary.
Pravasy provides “Darshan” booking services for religious establishments in India. The user can
schedule prompt “Darshans” for themselves and add members to their profiles in various religious
establishments within the territory of India.
Users of the application would be required to provide personal data such as name, age, date of birth,
and a relevant government ID for the processing of the booking.
Relevant government identity proof is required solely and strictly for the “PRAVASY DARSHAN” services
and not for any other service provided by Pravasy.
User agrees to the lawful transfer of such personal data to any third-party booking agents available on
our application.
It is implied that users must have with them on their person the valid identity proof that they provided
at the time of booking upon arrival for their scheduled Darshan.
Any entry denial to the user by the authorities of the temple establishments is not the responsibility
of Pravasy. Pravasy aims at connecting booking agents on behalf of the user based on credentials provided by
them.
Please read the cancellation policy for the Terms and Conditions related to cancellation of bookings.
Pravasy provides airport pick-up and drops along with any other taxi services that the user may
require for the duration of the Darshan at an additional cost (not included in the subscription plan). The
user may opt for these services separately and they will be given an invoice for the same upon completion
and delivery of such additional services. Please get in touch with our team at info@nellsys.com to secure
such services and our customer care agents will assist you in the successful completion of the same.
However, the user is solely responsible for any loss or damage to private property while availing these
services and Pravasy is not liable for the same.
Pravasy aims at providing its Users with exclusive “Airport pick up/drop” services on a need
basis alone. The user is required to provide information such as the Name and airline ticketing details of
the person traveling who wishes to avail of the service.
Prior bookings should be made by the User who wishes to avail the service by following the instructions
laid down in the application. The information of the driver along with the details of the vehicle such as
the Registration number of the vehicle will be made available to the User upon completion of the booking.
The drivers will be appointed promptly and will be made available for the pickup/drop service at the
locations provided solely by the User. Hence, the User is solely responsible for the information provided to
the service provider being accurate.
Each trip will be accompanied by a Dongle/personal Wi-Fi facility upon request if the User so chooses.
The Dongle must be returned to the service provider upon completion of the trip. For the duration that the
device is assigned by Pravasy and is in the possession of the User, Pravasy will not be responsible for any
unlawful usage of the dongle by the User and hence is indemnified from any action that may be the result of
such illegal/unlawful usage.
Any damage/loss caused to the vehicle, Dongle, or the service provider by the User will be subject to
additional charges and appropriate legal action by the local jurisdiction. Users are expected to maintain
decorum and refrain from any actions that may contribute to discrimination or ill-treatment of the service
providers or their personal property.
The User agrees to pay all membership fees applicable to the User’s use of Services and the User shall not circumvent the fee structure. The fee is dependent on the Pravasy Plan that the User purchases. Each User is solely responsible for payment of all taxes, legal compliances, and statutory registrations and reporting. Pravasy is in no way responsible for any of the taxes except for its income tax. The fees must be paid online through the applicable facility made on the Application, as available from time to time. Third parties support and services are required to process online fee payments. Pravasy is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the User during this process as these Third Parties are beyond the control of Pravasy. Pravasy reserves the right to modify the fee structure by updating it on the Application which shall be considered as a valid and agreed communication. To process the payments, Pravasy and/or Third Parties may require details of the User's bank account, credit card number, etc.
Our Application may include pages that allow you to provide us with Personal Information about
yourself which shall be dealt with as per the Privacy Policy of Pravasy. Further, you agree to the
following:
Collection and Delivery are dependent on various technical and quality parameters. Pravasy assumes no
liability towards any time delay caused on account of the above factors necessary for review, analysis
reporting, and third-party service delay outside of our control.
Pravasy does not provide medical advice and so the Services offered must not be considered a substitute
for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard, delay, or avoid obtaining
medical advice from a qualified medical and health care professional. Please correlate clinically.
Pravasy shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the Personal Information supplied
by the User to Pravasy or any other person acting on behalf of Pravasy.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s account access information and
password and restricting any unauthorized access and use of Services through the Application. The User shall
be responsible for all uses of the User’s account and password, whether or not authorized by the User. The
User shall immediately notify Pravasy of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of the User’s account or
password.
If a User provides (on the Application or in any communication with Pravasy) any information (medical or
otherwise) that is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes false, inaccurate, not current
or incomplete), or Pravasy has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, not
current or incomplete, Pravasy has the right to suspend or terminate such account at its sole discretion and
refuse access to the Services.
User authorizes Pravasy and its officials to collect the electronic or physical copy of the report from
the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers and provide the same to the
Users.
The User is prohibited from: Violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the Application or any Pravasy’s Content; Transmitting any information (including job posts, messages, and hyperlinks) on or through the Application that is disruptive or competitive to the provision of Services by Pravasy; Intentionally submitting on the Application any incomplete, false, or inaccurate information; Making any unsolicited communications to other Users; Using any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Application; Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Application; Copying or duplicating in any manner any of the Pravasy Content or other information available on the Application; Conducting any systematic or automated data collection activities including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting on or about our Application Services without Pravasy’s express written consent; Violating any local, state, national, or international law; Using the Application in a way that interferes, disrupts, or hampers with the proper functioning of the Application; To gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access (other than through the interface that is provided by the Application) to our application and/or services; To interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our Services; To create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; Framing hot linking or deep linking any Pravasy’s Content; Posting materials to any of the Application’s social media pages or otherwise on social media, that are unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, or infringing on the rights of any third party, including without limitation intellectual property, privacy/confidentiality or publicity rights; Pravasy does not permit any of these practices and reserves the right to immediately remove content within its sole discretion. Pravasy further reserves the right to block or otherwise prohibit the User from accessing or using Application, Application’s social media pages, or application; The Application may be linked to the Application of Third Parties, affiliates, and business partners. Pravasy has no control over and is not liable or responsible for the content, accuracy, validity, reliability, or quality of such Applications made available by/through our application. The inclusion of any link on the Application does not imply that Pravasy endorses the linked site. Users may use the links and these services at their own risk. Pravasy is not responsible for any charges or fees associated with financial transactions that occur on or through Third Party Applications. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of every Application that collects personally identifiable information. Pravasy assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect User’s equipment on account of User’s access to, use of, or browsing the Application or the downloading of any material, data, text, images, video content, or audio content from the Application. If a User is dissatisfied with the Application, the User’s sole remedy is to discontinue using the Application. User further agrees that by using the Application or related Services, User may be exposed to content from other Users or Third Parties that User may consider offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. We shall not be liable for such content on the Application. Further, the User may report such offensive content.
Pravasy shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the Users for any losses, damage, injuries, or expenses incurred by the Users as a result of any disclosures made by Pravasy, where the User has consented to the making of disclosures by Pravasy. The User further shall not hold Pravasy responsible or liable in any way for any disclosures by Pravasy in as much as it complies with applicable laws and as per the Privacy Policy. The Services provided by Pravasy or any of its licensors or providers are provided "as is," as available, and without any warranties or conditions (express or implied, including the implied warranties of, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage or trade). Pravasy does not provide or make any representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, about the Application or the Services. Pravasy does not verify any content or information provided by the Users or physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents, and transport personnel on the Application and to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all liability arising out of the User’s use or reliance upon the Application, the Services, Pravasy’s Content, representations and warranties made by the Users or physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, bookings agents, and transport personnel or the content or information provided by such Users or physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents or transport personnel on the Application or any loss arising out of how the Services have been rendered. The information via the Services is for general information purposes only. Pravasy shall not be responsible for the mishaps/missed services due to no service/no show from the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, bookings agents, or transport personnel during the provision of Services. Pravasy shall not be responsible for any error in the sample collection and/ or reports generated by the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers. However, Pravasy will reimburse the User for poor service in the case that these issues should occur. In no event, including but not limited to negligence, shall Pravasy or any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents (collectively, the "protected entities") be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use, the Application or the content, materials, and functions. User’s provision of information via the Application, lost business or lost sales, even if such protected entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the protected entities be liable for failure to provide all or any service by physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents, or transport personnel to any User. In no event shall the protected entities be liable for or in connection with any content posted, transmitted, exchanged, or received by or on behalf of any User or other person on or through the Application. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the protected entities to a User for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from the Terms and conditions or a User’s use of the Application exceed the total value of the transactions carried out by such User on the Application. In no event shall the protected entities be liable for failure on the part of the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers to provide agreed Services or to make provisions for the carrying out of the Services. In no event shall the protected entities be liable for any comments or feedback given by any of the Users about the Services provided by any physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents, or transport personnel. The listing of physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents, or transport personnel on the Application is based on numerous factors including User’s comments and feedback. In no event shall the protected entities be liable or responsible for the listing order of such physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents, or transport personnel on the Application. The use of the Application may take the User to links to Applications, or mobile Applications on the internet which are owned and operated by Third Parties. The user agrees that We are not liable or responsible for the services and content on such third-party applications.
If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The failure of either Party to act in the event of a breach of this Terms and Conditions by the other shall not be deemed a waiver of such breach or a waiver of future breaches unless such waiver shall be in writing and signed by the Party against whom enforcement is sought. We do not represent or warrant that the content or information provided or made available via our Services is accurate, complete, or current, or that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in our Services will be corrected or that our Services or the server that makes our Services available are free of viruses or any other harmful components. We do not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in our Services in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise, in each case to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Information published or made available via our Services may refer to products, programs, or services that are not available in your region. You understand and acknowledge that your sole and exclusive remedy concerning any defect in or dissatisfaction with our services is to cease the use of our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our Services at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pravasy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from any third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from his/her/its access to or use of Application, violation of this Terms and conditions, or infringement by User of any intellectual property or other right of Pravasy or any person or entity. Pravasy will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost. The obligation to indemnify shall be effective and shall extend to all such claims or losses in their entirety. This shall further include any third-party claims made against Pravasy in respect of any infringement of the Terms and Conditions, actions taken, or claims made against Pravasy on account of any negligence, default, or breach by you arising out of or in respect of the performance of this Terms and conditions. Further, under no circumstances, shall Pravasy be liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User. If any User is dissatisfied with any of the services provided by the physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or any other healthcare providers, home maintenance professionals, booking agents, or transport personnel the User may approach such physicians, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or such other healthcare provider, home maintenance professionals, booking agents and transport personnel and/or discontinue using the Application and the Services provided/listed on the Application. You must ensure that you keep updating the Application as and when we release new versions of it. Failure to do so may make you incapable of using certain services or the application altogether.
These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect while the User is a User of the
Application in any form or capacity.
Pravasy reserves the right to terminate the access to the Application and account of the User, in case,
including but not limited to:
1. A User breaches any Terms and Conditions of this Terms and Conditions
2. Pravasy is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to Pravasy by a User; or
3. Pravasy believes in its sole discretion that the User’s actions may cause legal liability for such
User, other Users, or for Pravasy or are contrary to the interests of the Application.
Further, Pravasy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the profile/account of the User on
the Application without stating any reasons whatsoever. Similarly, the User may remove its account from the
Application at any time. Without prejudice, the termination of this Terms and Conditions for any cause shall
not release the User from any liability/claim, which at the time of termination has already accrued to it or
which may accrue afterward in respect of any act or omission before the termination. On termination of an
account due to the reasons mentioned herein, such User shall no longer have access to data, messages, files,
and other material kept on the Application by such User. The User shall ensure that he/she/it has continuous
backup of the Services the User has rendered to comply with his/her/its record-keeping process and
practices.
Pravasy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not
limited to deletion of the User’s content from the Application with or without the ability to access the
Application and the other Services, upon any breach by the User of these Terms and Conditions of Use or
Agreement or if Pravasy is unable to verify or authenticate any information the User submits to Pravasy, or
if the User fails to provide (or after providing such consent, later revokes) the consents necessary or
desirable for Pravasy to provide the Services to the User.
These binding Terms and Conditions and any contractual obligation between Pravasy and User will be governed
by the laws of India.
Pravasy after termination, the terms of these Terms and Conditions shall survive such termination of your
profile/account including without limitation, obligations mentioned under Liability, Indemnity, and
Governing Law will continue and survive termination.
Pravasy reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you. As such, please periodically review these Terms and Conditions that may be posted on this Application. Continued usage of our Services will be considered acceptance of any changes. The User agrees that we may revise the Terms and Conditions, and change the Services provided under these Terms and Conditions. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on release of the revised Terms and conditions or change to the Service(s) on our application. Unless we expressly notify otherwise, these terms incorporate and supersede any other terms associated with the Services. Pravasy has the right to discontinue the provision of any Services or deny access to anyone who violates our Terms and Conditions stated herein, without prior notice or warning.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or about these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Terms of the Pravasy Plans, and any other consents/disclaimers on the Application, represent the complete agreement between you and Pravasy concerning the subject matter hereof, and it replaces all prior oral or written communications (if any) concerning such subject matter. Your availing of the Service and details provided therein shall stand deemed confirmed unless a change is updated to Pravasy.
